Key Responsibilities- Consult with clients to understand travel needs, preferences, and budgets, recommending tailored travel solutions.
- Design customized leisure and business itineraries while preparing accurate quotations and proposals.
- Coordinate flights, hotels, tours, transfers, and complete end-to-end travel arrangements.
- Manage visa applications and documentation thoroughly, ensuring all embassy requirements and guidelines are strictly met.
- Communicate professionally with clients, global suppliers, and travel partners to keep bookings on track.
- Resolve travel issues proactively and manage any itinerary changes efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of client profiles, bookings, and visa processing stages.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition from initial inquiry to travel delivery.
- Proven professional experience as a Travel Consultant or Visa Operations Executive within the Nigerian travel industry.
- In-depth knowledge of global visa application processes and travel documentation requirements.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a client-first mindset.
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities with minimal need for supervision.
