Key Responsibilities- Perform various domestic and operational tasks including cooking, frying, cashiering, and hosting as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth, efficient daily restaurant operations.
- Uphold all company policies, safety standards, and represent the Chicken Republic brand positively.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure every guest enjoys a remarkable dining experience.
- Minimum of SSCE, NABTEB, NCE, or OND qualification.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit with the stamina to stand for long hours during shifts.
- Reliable, smart, proactive, and a strong team player.
- Must reside on Lagos Island or nearby areas, as no accommodation is provided.
