About the Role
Dicalo Consulting Group, a leading management consulting and business solutions firm, is seeking hardworking, reliable, and disciplined individuals to join our production team as Factory Workers. In this role, you will support day-to-day factory operations, ensure seamless workflow, and contribute to our commitment to excellence and safety in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities- Support daily production and factory operations as assigned by the supervisor.
- Follow all established instructions, production procedures, and workplace safety guidelines carefully.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the production team to achieve operational targets.
- Adhere strictly to shift schedules, including day, night, and Sunday overtime shifts when required.
- Promptly report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or production concerns to management.
- Previous experience in a factory, manufacturing, food-processing, or agricultural-processing environment is an added advantage.
- Candidates with practical tailoring or mechanical skills will be given preferential consideration.
- Must reside in Agbara, Ogun State, or its immediate environs to easily meet shift requirements.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong willingness to learn new production tasks.
