We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Travel Consultant, Visa & Operations Executive to help our diverse clientele turn their travel ideas into seamless, bookable journeys.
Key Responsibilities- Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets, recommending suitable travel solutions.
- Design tailored leisure and business itineraries while preparing accurate quotations and proposals.
- Coordinate flights, hotels, tours, transfers, and complete travel arrangements from booking through completion.
- Manage visa applications and documentation, ensuring embassy requirements are fully understood and strictly followed.
- Communicate professionally with clients, global suppliers, and travel partners to keep every booking on track.
- Monitor active bookings, troubleshoot issues, and proactively resolve any travel disruptions.
- Maintain accurate client and booking records while ensuring prompt follow-up on pending documentation.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition from initial inquiry to travel delivery.
- Proven professional experience as a Travel Consultant or Visa Operations Officer within the Nigerian travel industry.
- In-depth knowledge of global visa application processes, documentation requirements, and travel regulations.
- Strong proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and modern travel booking platforms.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work with minimal supervision.
