About the Role
HelloMe Travels Limited, an affiliate of the UK Neo-Banking financial institution HelloMe Limited, is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Travel and Tour Specialist to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will provide comprehensive travel and education consultancy services, ensuring seamless experiences for our growing client base through expert itinerary planning, Amadeus GDS ticketing, and personalized customer support.
Key Responsibilities- Book and issue domestic and international flight tickets using Amadeus GDS, managing reissues, cancellations, and refunds.
- Consult with clients to design customized holiday, hotel, and tour packages tailored to specific budgets and preferences.
- Process school admission applications and provide education consultancy support for local and international institutions.
- Provide up-to-date guidance on travel documentation, visa requirements, and destination advisories.
- Maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and travel suppliers to secure competitive rates.
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly across phone, email, and WhatsApp channels.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in travel agency operations, flight ticketing, and tour packaging.
- Mandatory hands-on proficiency using the Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS).
- Strong knowledge of airline fare rules, global destinations, and travel documentation procedures.
- Previous experience in school admission processing or education consultancy is an added advantage.
