We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Spa & Wellness Manager / Recreation Manager to oversee our premier wellness and recreational facilities, ensuring an extraordinary and rejuvenating experience for our elite clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and manage daily operations of the luxury spa, wellness center, and recreational facilities to maintain world-class standards.
- Develop and implement innovative wellness programs, treatments, and recreational activities tailored to high-net-worth guests and residents.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate a high-performing team of therapists, fitness instructors, and recreational staff.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, inventory control, pricing strategies, and achieving revenue targets.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations across all wellness and recreation areas.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing guest feedback promptly and personalizing the luxury wellness journey.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Kinesiology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive managerial experience in a luxury spa, 5-star hotel, or high-end residential wellness setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in spa operations, fitness management, wellness trends, and revenue generation.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with a passion for delivering bespoke guest experiences.
- Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in wellness management software and financial reporting.
