About the Role
ARM Hold Co., one of Nigeria's leading diversified financial services institutions, is seeking a high-performing Transformation Manager to serve as the execution backbone for our Strategy and Transformation function. In this high-impact role, you will partner directly with business unit leaders to diagnose execution bottlenecks, drive strategic change initiatives, and ensure the successful delivery of our executive scorecard priorities without relying on positional authority.
Key Responsibilities- Own the execution rigor on CEO-prioritised transformation initiatives by establishing milestones, tracking progress, and resolving bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to design workable solutions and drive strategic change through organizational resistance.
- Maintain transparent portfolio monitoring and reporting for executive leadership reviews.
- Implement streamlined transformation methodologies focusing on accelerated delivery and measurable benefits realization.
- Build internal transformation capabilities within business unit teams to ensure long-term operational excellence.
- 7 to 8 years of combined experience in management consulting and operational or line roles.
- Minimum of 3 years at a top-tier consulting firm or equivalent advisory environment.
- At least 2 years in a hands-on operating, transformation, or line role within a corporate business.
- Demonstrated success in delivering end-to-end transformation initiatives and engaging confidently with C-suite executives.
- Strong background in the Nigerian or broader African financial services sector, preferably in asset management or banking.
