We are currently seeking a smart and motivated graduate to join our growing team as a Trainee Technical Support Engineer. This exciting role offers comprehensive, hands-on training in the installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of advanced industrial printing and imaging equipment under the direct mentorship of senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in intensive technical training on Amsky CTP (Thermal/UV/Flexo) systems and Liyu large format printing equipment.
- Assist senior technicians in the seamless equipment installation, precise calibration, and routine maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, electronic, and software-related issues efficiently.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance of industrial machinery.
- Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and equipment maintenance records.
- B.Sc. or HND in Electrical or Electronic Engineering is mandatory.
- Strong ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams and comprehend complex electro-mechanical systems.
- Solid proficiency in Windows OS, with familiarity in graphics or RIP software being a distinct advantage.
- High willingness to learn, adapt, travel, and thrive in a dynamic technical environment.
