We are currently looking for a motivated Trainee Design and Application Engineer in Nigeria to undergo structured professional development and help deliver cutting-edge industrial solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undergo structured training on advanced automation, control, and instrumentation systems used in industrial oil and gas projects.
  • Assist senior engineers in the installation, testing, commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting of various control systems.
  • Support site surveys, technical assessments, and data collection under the direct guidance of experienced engineering professionals.
  • Gain hands-on exposure to PLC, SCADA, DCS, SIS, and Fire & Gas systems through active project assignments.
  • Develop foundational skills in programming, testing, and reviewing engineering documents such as P&IDs and FRS.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors while monitoring project schedules and technical deliverables.
  • Maintain a strict focus on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards across all project and customer sites.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation & Control, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Fresh graduates and candidates with zero to one year of professional experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Basic theoretical or practical understanding of industrial automation, PLCs, SCADA, and electrical systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills with a demonstrable eagerness to learn.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel and work at customer or project sites as required by operations.
  • Total commitment to maintaining safe working practices and adherence to corporate HSE policies.
