About the Role
Petro-Tracking Services Limited is an ISO 9001:2008 certified industry leader in Nigeria, specializing in non-destructive testing, material testing, third-party inspection, and technical training for the oil and gas sector. We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Motorman to join our dynamic operations team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and operating mechanical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards across our industrial projects in Nigeria and beyond.
Key Responsibilities- Operate, maintain, and repair engines, machinery, and mechanical equipment under the direction of senior engineering staff.
- Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems to identify and resolve potential issues before they cause downtime.
- Assist with the upkeep of drilling equipment, pumps, and power units in compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the engine room and operational sites.
- Adhere strictly to company health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies during all daily tasks.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Minimum of an SSCE or OND qualification from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and a strong willingness to learn industrial operations.
- Prior experience in the oil and gas or manufacturing sector is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
