About the Role

Adron Homes and Properties Limited is a leading real estate and property development company dedicated to helping people realize their aspirations for homeownership, comfort, security, and wealth. We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Town Planner to join our growing team and contribute to the development of affordable, well-structured communities for low and medium-income earners across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and compliant physical planning, layout design, and urban development strategies for our vast land acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, legal, and project management teams to secure necessary government approvals and permits.
  • Conduct site assessments, land-use analysis, and feasibility studies for new and existing estate projects.
  • Interpret planning policies, maps, architectural drawings, and technical documents to guide development control.
  • Maintain comprehensive spatial data management, documentation, and land-use registers for various regional estates.
  • Research new urban planning regulations, zoning laws, and industry trends to advise management and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Liaise with relevant government agencies, local authorities, and stakeholders on matters relating to physical planning and development.
  • Proffer professional guidance on infrastructure layout, green spaces, and sustainable community development within our estates.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Urban and Regional Planning, Town Planning, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional certification and registration with the Town Planners Registration Council of Nigeria (TOPREC) is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in town planning, urban development, or real estate project execution.
  • Strong working knowledge of urban planning principles, land-use regulations, and development control standards in Nigeria.
  • Proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, and other relevant industry-standard planning and design software.
  • Exceptional analytical, research, report-writing, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple sites, and thrive within a fast-paced multidisciplinary team.
