About the Role

We are currently seeking a results-driven and experienced Project/Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate our upcoming construction projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of excellence, safety, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from commencement to successful completion.
- Monitor project schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and manage overall budgets.
- Supervise contractors, artisans, site engineers, and other project personnel.
- Ensure strict compliance with local building regulations, health and safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare comprehensive progress reports for upper management.
- Proactively identify and resolve on-site challenges to ensure smooth operational execution.
- Coordinate material procurement and oversee the efficient utilization of construction resources.
- Liaise effectively with consultants, suppliers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in construction and project management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
- Thorough knowledge of construction processes, project planning, financial budgeting, and site supervision.
- Professional certifications or active membership in relevant industry bodies will be a strong added advantage.
