Key ResponsibilitiesAs a TM Operator (35 TM), you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of assigned machinery in compliance with all industry standards and company protocols. Your daily duties will include:
- Operating the 35 TM equipment safely and efficiently on project sites across Nigeria.
- Conducting pre-operational and post-operational checks on equipment to ensure optimal working conditions.
- Adhering strictly to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines and competency requirements.
- Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to meet project objectives.
- Reporting any mechanical faults, maintenance needs, or safety hazards promptly to the supervisor.
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Proven professional experience operating a 35 TM or similar heavy equipment.
- Valid certification and relevant licenses for operating the specified machinery.
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry safety standards and operational best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and safety-first attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments across various project sites.
