Key Responsibilities- Supervise all tiling works across various surfaces including floors, walls, bathrooms, kitchens, and external areas.
- Read and accurately interpret construction drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and project specifications.
- Set out tile layouts, levels, and complex patterns with high precision.
- Manage tilers, helpers, and subcontractors to guarantee timely project delivery.
- Monitor workmanship closely to ensure flawless finishing, alignment, levelling, and grouting.
- Optimize the utilization of materials, tools, and equipment to minimize on-site waste.
- Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Prepare comprehensive daily site progress reports and coordinate seamlessly with Project Managers and Site Engineers.
- Train, mentor, and guide junior tilers on industry best practices and technical skills.
- Minimum of an HND qualification in a relevant discipline.
- At least 5 years of proven professional experience supervising tiling works on major building construction projects.
- Extensive technical knowledge of ceramic, porcelain, granite, marble, and mosaic tile installation.
- Demonstrated ability to read, understand, and execute construction drawings and BOQs.
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing site teams and delivering superior workmanship.
- Solid understanding of HSE standards and practical site safety protocols.
