SageForge is our flagship 12-month leadership journey designed to equip high-potential graduates with the commercial, operational, and leadership capabilities required to build and scale sustainable businesses across the continent.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with experienced leaders on live projects and consequential business challenges.
- Participate in a rigorous six-week initial development journey, including three weeks of intensive training in Ibadan or Akure, followed by three weeks of practical, hands-on experience.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives across diverse sectors such as financial services, technology, healthcare, and agribusiness.
- Gain comprehensive exposure to business operations, governance, scaling, and value creation.
- Drive meaningful impact through high-ownership tasks from your very first day.
- Recent university graduate with a strong academic record from a recognized institution.
