As our Territory Sales Manager in Lagos, you will lead the charge in bringing our trusted brands closer to consumers, driving commercial growth, and ensuring outstanding market execution across your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver strong sales results by achieving territory targets across volume growth, distribution, visibility, promotions, and focus brands.
- Expand market reach by identifying new opportunities, growing outlet coverage, and maintaining accurate territory intelligence.
- Drive excellent in-market execution, ensuring promotional campaigns and brand launches meet the highest standards.
- Partner with distributors and field sales teams to build capability, improve performance, and achieve shared business goals.
- Monitor competitor activity, customer trends, and emerging opportunities to turn insights into actionable sales strategies.
- Build enduring customer relationships and support joint business plans that foster sustainable territory growth.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with strong computer literacy skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven sales or marketing experience with a track record of meeting targets and KPIs.
- Familiarity with sales driver execution at the point of purchase (QDVP), outlet segmentation, and structured call methodologies.
- Deep understanding of field sales operations, market intelligence, and customer relationship management.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder influence skills.
- Valid driving license and flexibility to travel extensively across the assigned Lagos territory.
