About the Role

Since our inception in 2006, we have impacted millions of lives across Africa and South Asia, replacing hazardous kerosene lanterns with clean, bright solar power. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Business Executive to spearhead our sales operations and channel expansion within the Alimosho and Ajegunle axes of Lagos, Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow the PAYGO sales channel effectively within the assigned territory.
- Handle the onboarding, management, and continuous monitoring of Solar Entrepreneur Partners (SEPs).
- Drive consistent sales volume for recommended SKUs to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Ensure seamless implementation of the Route to Market (RTM) strategy across all retail channels.
- Monitor inventory levels proactively at Energy Centers (ECs) to prevent stock-outs and maintain product availability.
- Execute impactful field initiatives and localized campaigns to boost brand visibility and product adoption.
- Deploy strategic plans to build local capacity and maximize coverage within the assigned territory.
- Proven professional experience in FMCG, Telecommunications, Renewable Energy, or related industries focusing on territory development and direct product sales.
- Demonstrated expertise in field sales operations and channel management.
- In-depth knowledge and familiarity with the local geography and consumer behavior in Alimosho or Ajegunle, Lagos.
- Current residency within the designated coverage area is a distinct advantage.
