About the Role
Concern on Climate Change for the Community Initiative (FOURCi) is a leading non-profit organization comprised of academics, environmentalists, agricultural experts, and community volunteers dedicated to safeguarding our climate future. Operating extensively across the North East of Nigeria—specifically Borno, Adamawa, and Yobe (BAY) states—FOURCi implements critical interventions in climate education, livelihood support, climate-smart agriculture, gender-based protection, nutrition, environmental sustainability, and WASH. We are currently seeking experienced and reliable suppliers, contractors, and service providers to execute various procurement and infrastructural lots under reference number FOURCi/WFP/NGA/2026/CCCC/FUF/001. Interested vendors are encouraged to review the available lots and submit their comprehensive bids before the official deadline.
Key Responsibilities- Supply high-quality Village Savings & Loan Association (VSLA) kits according to required specifications.
- Deliver 2026 dry season farming inputs, including solar irrigation packages, designated for 1,012 farmers.
- Provide 2027 wet and dry season certified seed packages for designated farmers.
- Install a carbonized biomass briquette processing plant, groundnut oil processing line, and cereal dehuller-cum-hammer mill machine.
- Execute civil and engineering works, including drilling a solar-powered borehole and constructing a community aggregation centre and women’s development hub.
- Supply and install a 30kVA solar hybrid power facility and a solar inverter system at the Yola office.
- Provide reliable monthly car hire services for 16 months utilizing specified vehicles.
- Ensure full compliance with FOURCi procurement guidelines, timelines, and quality standards throughout project execution.
- Proven track record and verifiable experience in agricultural supply, civil construction, renewable energy installation, or logistics services.
- Registered business entity with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in Nigeria with valid tax clearance certificates.
- Demonstrated capacity to successfully execute large-scale humanitarian or development projects within Borno, Adamawa, and Yobe states.
- Ability to provide comprehensive documentation, technical proposals, and financial bids as outlined in the complete tender package.
- Strong financial standing and adherence to ethical business practices, anti-corruption policies, and safeguarding standards.
