Singapore View Hotel and Suites is a premier hospitality destination located in Uruagu, Nnewi, Anambra State, Nigeria. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Housekeeper to join our dedicated hospitality team. Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish guest room amenities and supplies promptly.
- Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items and report them to management immediately.
- Handle lost and found items in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Respond promptly and courteously to special requests from hotel guests to ensure a memorable stay.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in an organized, safe, and efficient manner.
- Interested candidates must possess a minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) qualification.
- Proven previous experience working as a housekeeper or in a similar hospitality role is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first attitude.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, and lift during long working hours.
