About the Role
Blue Phoenix Deepwater Limited is a 100% Nigerian-owned company with offices in the United Kingdom and Nigeria, specializing in underwater and topside IRM of FPSOs, Rigs, SPMs, and offshore terminals. We are seeking a highly organized, commercially aware, and detail-oriented Tendering & Compliance Officer to support our commercial and business development functions within Nigeria's oil and gas sector. The successful candidate will coordinate tender submissions, manage statutory documentation, and ensure full regulatory compliance for offshore and marine service opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, ITTs, Prequalification, and Tender Submissions.
- Prepare compliance matrices, bid documentation, submission trackers, and complete tender packages.
- Manage statutory, regulatory, and corporate compliance documentation efficiently.
- Support permit processing, renewals, vendor registrations, and audit readiness activities.
- Liaise closely with commercial, technical, QHSE, finance, legal, and operations teams.
- Assist with capability statements, company presentations, and general business development support activities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Procurement, Law, Maritime Studies, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tendering and commercial support within Nigeria's oil and gas industry.
- Prior experience in marine services, offshore support, subsea operations, IRM, or diving support is preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of compliance requirements involving NCDMB, NUPRC, and Nigerian content regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and professional document management tools.
- Excellent communication, proposal writing, and cross-functional document coordination skills.
