About the Role
Vonos Auto Engineering is a leading full-service automotive repair, maintenance, and fleet service company located in Abuja, Nigeria. We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized female Auto Repair Relationship Manager to oversee and optimize our network of partner garages. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between our company, clients, and third-party repairers to ensure top-tier service delivery, cost efficiency, and seamless operations across the board.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary liaison between Vonos Automotive and our network of approved auto repairers and garages.
- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and continuously monitor reliable repair centres to expand our service network.
- Oversee repair quality to guarantee adherence to company, safety, and manufacturer standards.
- Track vehicle turnaround times and proactively address bottlenecks to minimize delays.
- Review and negotiate repair estimates, labour charges, parts costs, and invoices to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Handle escalations and resolve disputes regarding repair quality, billing, or damaged vehicles.
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, insurers, claims adjusters, and parts suppliers.
- Conduct routine facility inspections and audits to assess equipment, workmanship, and compliance.
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including repair turnaround times, customer satisfaction, and cost metrics.
- Generate comprehensive management reports detailing repairer performance and operational insights.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in vendor management, supply chain, or the automotive service industry.
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional understanding of automobile repairs, parts pricing, and garage operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using digital tools, reporting software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
