About the Role
Resource Intermediaries Limited (RIL) is a premier Nigerian outsourcing company dedicated to easing business burdens through expert Human Resource Management, People Placement, and Learning and Development. We are currently recruiting vibrant, customer-focused professionals to join our banking operations team as Tellers across Ogun and Oyo states. In this role, you will serve as the face of our banking partner, ensuring seamless daily financial transactions while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, security, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately process various banking transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, money transfers, and bill payments.
- Perform daily cash management tasks, thoroughly balancing cash drawers and overseeing ATM transactions.
- Proactively cross-sell and promote bank products and services, such as savings accounts and credit cards, to achieve branch targets.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by professionally addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and educating clients on banking solutions.
- Strictly adhere to internal security protocols, risk management policies, and regulatory requirements to prevent fraud and minimize financial losses.
- Hold an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Possess a maximum age of 30 years old.
- Demonstrate prior experience in cash handling, retail, or customer service roles.
- Exhibit strong mathematical aptitude, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Show proficiency in operating computer systems and financial software.
