About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Telco Project / Product Manager to join our reputable organization in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. In this dynamic role, you will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, driving innovative telecommunications products from conceptualization to retirement while ensuring optimal performance and seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate in managing relationships with partners and stakeholders to foster effective communication and synergy.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive monthly configuration and issue resolution records, maintaining an 85% to 90% monthly resolution rate.
- Enhance customer engagement and retention by optimizing customer touchpoints with relevant content and aligning notifications with product goals.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements to boost productivity and elevate product quality.
- Promptly address escalated product issues and facilitate team knowledge sharing regarding partner and product updates.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently, tracking expenditures and optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle to ensure strategic alignment and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information or Business Sciences, or related fields.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a Project Management role within a software development or tech environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or experience is a strong advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of JIRA considered a plus.
- Strong background in managing multiple concurrent projects, identifying risks, and driving effective team collaboration.
