Key Responsibilities- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and bill payments.
- Manage daily cash drawers, balance currency, and oversee automated teller machine (ATM) transactions efficiently.
- Cross-sell bank products and services such as savings accounts and credit cards to meet branch sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and explaining banking procedures.
- Maintain strict adherence to regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and security protocols to prevent fraud and minimize operational losses.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Maximum age of 30 years old.
- Previous experience in cash handling, retail banking, or customer service environments.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and high attention to detail.
