Key Responsibilities- Handle customer cash and electronic deposits, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded in the system.
- Process customer withdrawals efficiently while adhering strictly to cash limit protocols and security guidelines.
- Attend to customer transfer requests promptly to ensure all transactions are completed correctly.
- Process, verify, and handle customer cheques in strict alignment with established company procedures and regulatory standards.
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers regarding their banking transactions, account inquiries, and general service needs.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date daily records of all financial transactions and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each business day.
- Perform other related financial and administrative duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Teller, Cashier, or in a customer-facing financial role is an added advantage.
- Exceptional numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
