We are currently seeking a persuasive and energetic Telemarketer to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively engaging prospective customers and inviting them for scheduled visits to drive membership growth for our clients in the travel and hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to contact and invite prospective customers for scheduled meetings and site visits
- Build strong rapport with potential clients and provide detailed, compelling information about exclusive travel packages
- Handle customer objections professionally and effectively turn inquiries into confirmed appointments
- Meet and consistently exceed monthly performance goals, conversion rates, and targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and call outcomes in the CRM system
- Minimum of an OND or NCE in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1 year of proven professional experience in telemarketing, direct sales, or customer service roles
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear, confident telephone voice
- Strong persuasive abilities and resilience in handling customer objections
