About the Role
Extramileage Consults Limited is a full-service Human Resource Outsourcing company servicing different companies in different states across the nation. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven Telemarketer to join our dynamic team and help drive business growth through effective customer communication and outreach.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company products and services.
- Identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and book appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and call outcomes in the CRM system.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions to potential clients.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and unresolved issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made and leads generated.
- Possession of an HND or B.Sc Degree from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Must have successfully completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Fresh graduates with 0 to 1 year of professional experience are welcome to apply.
- Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive abilities and resilience in handling rejection.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer management tools.
