We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Gudu District, Abuja, and help expand our market footprint.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate new business opportunities, prospective clients, and strategic partnerships in the Nigerian real estate market.
- Drive property sales and leasing campaigns to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct professional property presentations, site inspections, and consultations for prospective local and diaspora investors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting professional relationships with new and existing clients.
- Negotiate deals, manage client inquiries, and guide buyers seamlessly through the closing process.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities in Abuja.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or real estate marketing.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to generate quality leads and successfully close high-value sales deals.
- Highly target-driven, proactive, and resilient with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
- Good knowledge of the Abuja real estate market is a distinct advantage.
