About the Role
Kreditek Stride Limited (RC No: 7372926) is a reputable non-bank financial lending company dedicated to providing innovative financial solutions to small and medium-scale businesses and individuals. We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Telemarketer to join our growing team and help drive our mission of financial inclusion across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Contact registered civil servants via telephone to promote the company’s tailored loan products and financial services.
- Explain loan options, eligibility criteria, repayment terms, interest rates, and application requirements clearly and professionally.
- Generate qualified leads and actively follow up with interested prospects to drive successful loan applications.
- Meet and consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call, lead generation, and conversion targets.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and handle basic concerns with a high level of professionalism.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
- Participate in field marketing, corporate visits, customer outreaches, roadshows, and other promotional activities as required.
- Stay fully updated on company loan products, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum of SSCE, NCE, or ND from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated proficiency in communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidence combined with excellent telephone etiquette.
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building capabilities.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate digital tools.
- High willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a target-driven sales environment.
- Previous sales or telemarketing experience is an added advantage.
- Ability to speak the Hausa language fluently will be considered an added advantage.
