About the Role
BLUETTI, a global leader in cutting-edge solar solutions, is seeking a dynamic and energetic Offline Events & Field Marketing Specialist to lead our on-ground marketing initiatives across Nigeria. You will serve as the face of our innovative brand, designing and executing memorable offline experiences that connect our renewable energy solutions directly with consumers in Lagos and other major cities.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact offline marketing events, including product launches, roadshows, trade shows, campus activations, and community outreaches.
- Identify and secure strategic, high-traffic venues such as malls, corporate hubs, and markets for brand activations.
- Manage comprehensive end-to-end event logistics, covering venue booking, local permits, vendor negotiations, and on-site setup.
- Recruit, train, and supervise enthusiastic brand ambassadors to ensure professional representation of the BLUETTI brand.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, vendors, school authorities, and community leaders across Nigeria.
- Capture quality on-ground leads and collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure efficient conversion tracking.
- Monitor event budgets, track ROI metrics, and generate detailed post-event analytical reports.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in field marketing, event management, or promotions within the Nigerian market.
- Established network of reliable vendors, event venues, and field staff in Lagos and key regional hubs like Abuja or Port Harcourt.
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines.
- Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills with fluency in English and proficiency in Nigerian Pidgin.
- Flexibility to travel frequently and work on weekends as required by event schedules.
