Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound calls to prospective dental patients to promote clinic services and treatments.
- Handle inbound inquiries, provide detailed information, and convert leads into booked appointments.
- Manage customer relationships effectively through professional follow-up calls and proactive communication.
- Overcome customer objections persuasively while maintaining excellent telephone etiquette and brand representation.
- Meet and exceed monthly individual and team sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of OND or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a confident, energetic phone presence.
- Demonstrated ability in persuasion, sales closing, and objection handling.
- Results-oriented mindset with a target-driven approach to daily tasks.
