About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telco Project / Product Manager to join our growing team in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical teams and business objectives, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to retirement. Key Responsibilities- Collaborate in managing relationships with partners and stakeholders to foster effective communication and synergy.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive monthly configuration and issue resolution records, aiming for a resolution rate between 85% to 90%.
- Contribute to enhancing customer engagement and retention features within products by optimizing customer touchpoints.
- Ensure the quality of content and notifications aligns with product management objectives for new and existing products.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements to boost productivity and elevate product quality.
- Promptly address escalated issues involving the product team to ensure timely resolutions.
- Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing regarding product and partner updates.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently, tracking expenditures and optimizing resource allocation.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to retirement.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information or Business Sciences, or related fields.
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a Project Management role within a software development environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a key advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with JIRA and strong risk management capabilities.
- Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
