About the Role
We are seeking a talented and driven Telco Project / Product Manager to join our growing team in the vibrant hub of Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between technical software development teams and business objectives, overseeing projects from conceptualization to retirement while ensuring seamless stakeholder communication and high-quality product delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate in managing relationships with partners and stakeholders to foster effective communication and synergy.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive monthly configuration and issue resolution records, aiming for a minimum issue resolution rate of 85% to 90% monthly.
- Enhance customer engagement and retention features by optimizing touchpoints with relevant, compelling content.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements that boost productivity and elevate overall product quality.
- Address escalated product team issues promptly and facilitate efficient knowledge sharing across the team.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently, tracking expenditures and optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle to ensure strategic alignment and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information or Business Sciences, or related fields.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a Project Management role within a software development environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or hands-on JIRA experience will be a distinct advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional verbal, written, analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate project risks while leading effective project teams.
