About the Role

Key Responsibilities- Liaise with Shift Technicians to identify problematic equipment and effect prompt repairs.
- Execute corrective and preventive maintenance on assigned machines in a timely manner.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety precautions and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Conduct weekly tool inventories and maintain all maintenance equipment properly.
- Perform work order repairs, inspections, adjustments, and replace minor fixtures.
- Enter maintenance data into the ERP system, such as SAP, for spares and consumables.
- Respond swiftly to equipment breakdowns and perform preliminary root-cause analyses.
- Complete daily checklists, maintain clean operating areas, and ensure proper scrap disposal.
- SSCE with 10 to 20 years of relevant experience, or Trade Test I in a mechanical-related trade with 8 to 16 years of experience.
- Alternatively, Trade Test II with 16 to 24 years of experience, or an OND in Mechanical Engineering with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of the cement production process and in-depth understanding of cement packing machines.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment accurately and swiftly.
