About the Role

We are currently recruiting a skilled and hands-on Technician to join our dynamic technical operations team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in vehicle conversion, maintenance, and the installation of cutting-edge EV components, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out comprehensive vehicle conversion, repair, and scheduled maintenance activities.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical faults efficiently.
  • Install, test, and maintain electric vehicle (EV) components and advanced systems.
  • Complete detailed repair reports and maintain accurate technical documentation.
  • Ensure proper use, care, and accountability of all workshop tools and spare parts.
  • Perform thorough quality and safety inspections prior to vehicle handover.
  • Provide reliable technical support at stations and field locations when required.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workshop environment.
Qualifications
  • Possess an OND, HND, Trade Test, Technical Certificate, or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Auto Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in vehicle repair, auto electrical work, EVs, fleet maintenance, generator systems, or mechanical workshop operations.
  • Familiarity with tricycles, motorcycles, batteries, controllers, motors, wiring harnesses, or fabrication work is an added advantage.
  • Strong ability to understand basic work instructions, complete repair logs, and communicate technical issues clearly.
