Key Responsibilities- Master and apply the foundational principles of quality assurance and quality control governance systems.
- Integrate quality assurance practices seamlessly into the broader manufacturing value chain context.
- Uphold and champion a strong culture of food safety and quality excellence across all brewery operations.
- Utilize theoretical knowledge, problem-solving, and lateral thinking to design efficient new processes.
- Diagnose systemic and situational challenges while communicating solutions effectively to cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with diverse brewery disciplines to achieve comprehensive project and operational management goals.
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or higher degree in a Science-related field of study.
- Approximately 2 years of quality control experience within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment is an advantage.
- Willingness and geographic mobility to be placed at any of our seven brewery locations across Nigeria upon traineeship completion.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
