About the Role
Opticom Finance Limited is a licensed Non-Bank Financial Company operating in Nigeria since 1998, dedicated to delivering innovative financial services. We are currently looking for a motivated Technical Support Officer to provide robust IT assistance, manage our digital platforms, and support our software and networking systems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues across the organization.
- Manage and update company websites built on WordPress, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Assist in the integration, testing, and troubleshooting of networking APIs and Exchange APIs.
- Collaborate with the development team to support mobile and web app development projects.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT procedures, system configurations, and support tickets.
- Monitor network infrastructure to ensure high availability and data security compliance.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant technical support or IT experience.
- Proficiency in WordPress CMS administration, website development, and maintenance.
- Demonstrated experience working with networking APIs and Exchange APIs.
- Solid understanding of computer networking principles, protocols, and troubleshooting.
- Basic familiarity or comfort level with mobile and web application development concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
