Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Service Delivery Coordinators and sales teams to understand client well construction goals and commercial contract terms.
- Perform comprehensive offset well and hazard analyses to anticipate potential risks and operational challenges.
- Design robust technical job programs complete with risk mitigation and contingency plans to achieve client objectives.
- Provide on-demand support and participate in on-call schedules to ensure seamless field execution and real-time problem solving.
- Conduct failure investigations for field incidents, determining root causes and driving corrective actions for future prevention.
- Document all calculations, simulations, and plan revisions accurately for audit compliance and dependent team visibility.
- Analyze planned versus executed jobs to capture lessons learned and advise on product improvement opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant operational experience within the oil and gas or energy sector.
- Strong understanding of Profit and Loss (P/L) mechanics and technical job planning requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, influencing, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel frequently to rig sites, customer facilities, and corporate meetings.
- Flexibility to be on call outside of normal business hours to support critical operations.
- Rig-site drilling optimization experience will be considered a strong advantage.
