About the Role
TeamAce Limited is partnering with a leading industry client to find a dynamic and experienced Technical Support Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining industrial printing and power systems while delivering top-tier technical support to ensure optimal equipment performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Install, commission, and maintain industrial printing and power systems efficiently.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical faults while providing proactive customer support.
- Supervise on-site installation activities and ensure strict compliance with industry technical standards.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and mentor junior technical personnel.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Industrial Prepress, Industrial Printing, or Power System Automation.
- Strong working knowledge of equipment installation, electrical systems, and preventive maintenance practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
