Technical Supervisor

About the Role

• Develop, update, and implement repair processes, testing standards, and work instructions for various home appliance products.
• Manage daily operations, task allocations, and performance appraisals for both factory and field repair teams.
• Monitor repair quality, handle complex technical escalations, and analyze data to control costs and reduce return rates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with spare parts, customer service, and quality departments to drive product improvements and boost First-Time Fix Rates (FTFR).

• Associate degree or higher in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in home appliance repair, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team management role.
• Strong expertise in repairing refrigeration appliances such as air conditioners and refrigerators, with experience in other electronics being an added advantage.
• Exceptional leadership, data analysis, and cross-functional communication skills.
