About the Role
UAC Foods Limited, a leading joint venture in Nigeria's food and beverage industry known for iconic brands like Gala and Funtime, is seeking a dedicated Technical Storekeeper. In this vital role, you will oversee our engineering spare parts inventory, ensure seamless material supply to production teams, and uphold our strict quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, monitor, and control engineering spare parts inventory while enforcing FIFO principles.
- Ensure proper inspection, labeling, and secure storage of incoming goods in designated locations.
- Support Maintenance, Production, and Quality teams with timely and accurate material supply.
- Maintain store facilities to prevent contamination risks and report Food Safety Management System issues.
- Comply with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, identifying and reporting potential hazards.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries and resolve supply discrepancies.
- Minimum of a BSc or HND in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of warehouse or inventory management experience, preferably within an FMCG environment.
- Proven experience using ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics, alongside proficiency in MS Office.
