About the Role
Siemens is looking for an experienced CP Field Service Team Leader to join our team in Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will lead and develop our Field Service and Repair team supporting the Compression business across Nigeria and West Africa, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of field service professionals, fostering a strong EHS&Q culture and managing performance.
- Oversee the complete operational lifecycle of field service activities from resource planning and mobilization to execution and post-job analysis.
- Provide technical and operational guidance while acting as an escalation point for complex field issues.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor operational performance against key performance indicators and support financial control across operations.
- Significant experience in Field Service Engineering within the Oil and Gas industry, specifically with compression equipment.
- Proven background in a supervisory or team leadership capacity managing technical professionals.
- Strong expertise in field service management, operational planning, resource scheduling, and HSE compliance.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
