About the Role
Telamo Properties is a fast-growing, technology-driven real estate company transforming the Nigerian housing market. We simplify the process of finding, managing, and paying for quality residential homes, making renting more flexible, transparent, and convenient for modern residents. As we continue to scale our operations, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Services Manager to oversee property inspections, manage refurbishment projects, and uphold exceptional maintenance standards across our growing residential portfolio in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough technical inspections of properties prior to acquisition to identify defects and assess structural integrity.
- Evaluate, calculate, and validate accurate repair and refurbishment costs to ensure optimal budget utilization.
- Supervise third-party contractors and service providers while actively monitoring project execution timelines and quality.
- Ensure all properties strictly meet our high-quality handover standards before resident move-in.
- Maintain consistent quality and property maintenance standards throughout the post-occupancy lifecycle.
- Prepare comprehensive condition reports, photo documentation, and detailed cost schedules for management review.
- Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (BSc/HND) in Building, Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Three to five (3-5) years of proven professional experience in building construction, facilities management, or property maintenance.
- Demonstrated strong experience in costing, budgeting, and executing repair and refurbishment works.
- Ability to conduct frequent site inspections and manage logistics efficiently across multiple locations in Lagos.
- Exceptional documentation skills with proficiency in preparing condition reports and cost schedules.
- Professional registration or affiliation with recognized bodies such as COREN, NIOB, or NIQS is an added advantage.
