About the Role
DreamCity Properties is a leading private residential and commercial real estate developer in Nigeria, renowned for delivering contemporary housing projects such as DreamCity Signature Estates and DACEMPCS Housing Estate. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Site Engineer - Structure to join our growing engineering team and drive the successful implementation of our ambitious construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Explicitly implement project designs and construction work schedules as instructed by the Project Supervisor.
- Ensure strict adherence to approved architectural designs, structural specifications, and timelines throughout the construction process.
- Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of masons, laborers, and all ad-hoc site personnel.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Supervisor, Executive Assistant, and external quality control consultants to maintain company standards.
- Implement the company project checklist to guarantee rigorous quality assurance and zero-error execution.
- Optimize the utilization of financial resources and construction materials while actively minimizing on-site wastage.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience as a Site Structural Engineer within the Nigerian real estate and construction industry.
- Mandatory professional certification, including COREN, NSE, or equivalent recognized bodies.
- Strong working knowledge of modern construction practices, project management methodologies, and quality control standards.
- Exceptional ability to read, interpret, and execute complex project designs and blueprints.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive under pressure.
