Key Responsibilities- Engage with everyday content creators, freelance professionals, and production companies to understand their specific gear requirements.
- Provide expert technical advice on cameras, lenses, lighting, audio systems, and workflow solutions.
- Drive retail and online sales by actively meeting and exceeding individual and team targets.
- Demonstrate equipment functionality accurately and confidently to prospective buyers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging industry trends, new technology releases, and competitor offerings.
- Ensure an exceptional in-store and online customer service experience from inquiry to post-sale support.
- Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and processing orders across our physical and digital channels.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, retail, or customer-facing roles, preferably within the consumer electronics, photography, or broadcast industry.
- Deep working knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting setups, and audio recording equipment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable utilizing retail POS systems and e-commerce platforms.
