Medaan Engineering Services Limited (MESL) is seeking qualified, ambitious, and results-driven Technical Sales Engineers for full-time employment opportunities in Abuja, Lagos, and Port Harcourt. We are looking for technically competent and commercially minded professionals who can identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, promote our diverse engineering solutions, and drive sustainable sales growth across Nigeria's industrial and corporate sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Identify prospective customers and generate qualified sales leads across target industries.
- Promote and sell the company's comprehensive portfolio of engineering products and technical services.
- Develop and maintain robust, long-term relationships with corporate clients, contractors, and industrial operators.
- Understand complex customer requirements and recommend suitable technical and engineering solutions.
- Prepare accurate quotations, follow up on proposals, negotiate sales terms, and successfully close business deals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute actively to the company's overall revenue growth.
- Provide professional after-sales customer support and maintain high satisfaction standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience in technical sales, marketing, or business development within relevant industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively engage corporate clients, factories, marine operators, and oil and gas companies.
- Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with high integrity and a passion for engineering solutions.
- Prior experience in solar energy, industrial equipment, or marine services is a strong added advantage.
