About the Role
Zipline is transforming global on-demand delivery with the world's largest autonomous logistics network. We are seeking an exceptional Technical Program Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of our rapidly expanding deployment operations in Nigeria. In this high-impact role, you will turn complex infrastructure launches into predictable, repeatable processes while collaborating with local and international teams to ensure safe, timely, and successful site readiness.
Key Responsibilities- Own the master deployment plan across multiple concurrent distribution center launches in Nigeria, connecting construction, procurement, and hardware commissioning.
- Build and maintain integrated schedules, serving as the single source of truth for program health, critical-path milestones, and site readiness.
- Drive cross-functional execution by partnering with Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Regulatory, Operations, and Nigeria country leadership.
- Develop scalable planning tools, stage gates, dashboards, playbooks, and readiness checklists to streamline future deployments globally.
- Run program governance cadences including weekly reviews, executive updates, risk assessments, and post-launch retrospectives.
- 6+ years of experience leading complex technical, operational, infrastructure, construction, manufacturing, or supply chain programs.
- Proven track record managing large cross-functional teams with long-lead dependencies and accountability for schedule, quality, and cost.
- Direct experience launching physical infrastructure or real-world operational systems, with working knowledge of the Nigerian operating environment highly preferred.
- Strong command of scheduling and program tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, and custom dashboarding platforms.
- Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills with the ability to navigate ambiguous, fast-paced, and heavily regulated environments.
