About the Role
Zipline is transforming global delivery through the world's largest autonomous logistics network. We are looking for an exceptional Technical Program Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of our deployments in Nigeria. In this high-impact role, you will own the master deployment plans, operating cadences, and cross-functional processes required to turn complex infrastructure launches into predictable, repeatable successes. Working closely with local and global teams, you will mitigate risks, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure every distribution center launches safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Own the master deployment schedule across multiple concurrent distribution center launches in Nigeria, integrating construction, procurement, regulatory approvals, and operations.
- Drive cross-functional execution by aligning Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Regulatory, and Nigeria country teams toward common milestones.
- Identify and mitigate long-term risks months in advance, establishing clear ownership and robust escalation paths for every workstream.
- Build scalable systems, repeatable planning tools, stage gates, and dashboards that set the global standard for Zipline deployments.
- Lead rigorous program governance through weekly reviews, executive status updates, and actionable launch readiness assessments.
- 6+ years of experience leading complex technical, operational, infrastructure, or supply chain deployment programs, preferably within Nigeria or similar markets.
- Proven track record of managing large cross-functional initiatives with long-lead dependencies, taking full accountability for schedule, quality, and cost.
- Strong fundamentals in critical-path management, risk mitigation, and building scalable operating systems using tools like Smartsheet, Jira, or Microsoft Project.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify technical complexities and coordinate global teams without direct authority.
