Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate comprehensive technical training and competency development programs within your specific engineering discipline.
  • Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and advisory services directly on client sites.
  • Review complex engineering drawings, technical specifications, and ongoing installation or commissioning activities.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, quality, and industry-specific regulatory standards across all projects.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports, participant assessments, and engaging facilitation materials.
  • Mentor junior engineers, technicians, and trainees on industry best practices and operational excellence.
Qualifications
  • HND or Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electrical-Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant hands-on industry experience or technical facilitation background.
  • Strong practical knowledge of relevant engineering codes, international standards, and industrial equipment.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and classroom or workshop facilitation skills.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as COREN, NSE, or international equivalents will be a distinct advantage.
