Key Responsibilities- Facilitate comprehensive technical training and competency development programs within your specific engineering discipline.
- Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and advisory services directly on client sites.
- Review complex engineering drawings, technical specifications, and ongoing installation or commissioning activities.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, quality, and industry-specific regulatory standards across all projects.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, participant assessments, and engaging facilitation materials.
- Mentor junior engineers, technicians, and trainees on industry best practices and operational excellence.
- HND or Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electrical-Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant hands-on industry experience or technical facilitation background.
- Strong practical knowledge of relevant engineering codes, international standards, and industrial equipment.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and classroom or workshop facilitation skills.
- Relevant professional certifications such as COREN, NSE, or international equivalents will be a distinct advantage.
