About the Role
Christ The Redeemers International Secondary School, located in ChristHill, Sagamu, is recruiting a qualified Technical Drawing Teacher. The institution is part of the Christ The Redeemer's School Movement (CRSM), an educational arm of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), under the directorate of Children and Teens Education. The school maintains high standards of academic excellence and holistic student development.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and comprehensive technical drawing lessons to secondary school students
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans aligned with the Nigerian curriculum standards
- Utilize modern teaching methodologies and educational technology to enhance student learning
- Assess student progress through assignments, practical work, and examinations
- Mentor students in technical design principles, architectural drawing, and engineering graphics
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and academic progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote interdisciplinary learning and school development initiatives
- Create a conducive classroom environment that encourages creativity and critical thinking
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc., B.A., B.Ed., or HND) in a relevant discipline
- 1–2 years of proven teaching experience in a recognized educational institution
- Strong proficiency in technical drawing software and traditional drafting techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
